Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

"Get me out or give me food."
"Here I come!"

"I have on goggles."

"Look at me. I'm holding my breath."

"Where my koozie?"
Charlie stayed under the umbrellas, in the sand, or just barely in the surf. He only got close to the surf because he knew from watching "Curious George" that the wet sand was best for building sand castles. Otherwise, Charlie refused to get near the waves. He said, "THE WATER MOVIN', THE WATER MOVIN', THE WATER MOVIN'" We tried everything, but he was happiest in the sand and pool.

Hank gave the boat a try, but he wasn't thrilled. Charlie said, "I not going in my boat."

Early Birthday Party for Hank

Is it ready yet?

How about now?

Hank is Walking . . . Sometimes!

Hank has been taking a step here and a step there every once in awhile especially if he sees a piece of cake, cookie, or food that he "needs" to eat, but last Saturday, June 6th, he took off walking. Charlie was so excited, but Charlie was worried that Hank was going to fall down the stairs. Either Charlie scared Hank or Hank scared himself, but he didn't walk again all week until we got out M&M's yesterday.

Charlie, "No, Hank! No, Hank!"
Charlie, "Mommy, get him, get him."
Watch Hank in action. He still prefers to crawl, but we're getting there a little at the time.

We Perform!

We're on stage.

Now, you've got the idea. Charlie just didn't feel like getting back up there. He is laying in the chairs by me.

Never missed an opportunity to get on stage.

Sarah Grace loved the limelight too!

This was their favorite and last song. Kenz finally got Ava on stage with her, and Charlie threw his paci out of his mouth and started dancing. I'll add more video to the blog later. Here is a little just to make you smile. This song is called L.E.T.S. GO!

God will guide me. I will love others.

Everyone has the hang of recreation now, keep it simple! Ms. Haley let them have free play with balloons. They were in heaven. We were very busy tonight, but everyone was on the tired side, both kids and adults. It took a lot of patience and skittles to make it through the night. We decorated Bible school bags, made volcanos, sang campfire songs, and went to music. We were all ready to go home by 8:30. All of this fun is exhausting.

Jack needs more puff balls.

For science today, Mr. Marshall and the kids made volcanos. They LOVED it.

Everyone got to use the funnel to help clean up.
