What a day, and it's only 1:00 . . . NAP TIME!!!!!

"A helper I will be, a helper I will be"
This morning during Hank's nap time, Charlie and I were using colored pencils to trace and write the letter "E." Charlie's pencil broke, and I got the battery operated pencil sharpener down. Charlie loved it. He worked very hard. He even opened the part that collects the shavings. (The part I specifically said, "Charlie don't open that part because we will have a big mess.") We had a big mess a little bit later that Charlie eagerly cleaned up.
Hank woke up from his nap. Charlie ran to take Hank his cup. I go to get Hank and Charlie is IN the crib with him telling me that he (Charlie) drank it all.
I ran upstairs while Charlie and Hank were playing on the computer at their little table. They were being so good that I quickly put a load of clothes in the wash. I was pretty sure I heard Hank say candy. When I came downstairs, they were both under the dining room table with a little pile of Hershey Kisses' wrappers. They were on their way to get more when they got busted. Hank did say candy:)

Home from a trip to Fievet's where we shipped cookies, ate lunch, mommy got a flu shot, and Hank and Charlie got a toy. Thanks Gaga and Pappy for the lunch and toys. We miss you.
I was putting together some pies for church tonight when Hank climbed in the barstool. I gave him his book, but oh no, that wasn't enough. He had to slide up on the counter and turn the water on in the little sink and spray it all over the counter. Charlie was sitting right by Hank playing and completely unconcerned by the water. I finally had to move the barstool away from the island.

Thank you Mam-ma and Grandaddy for the new books. They both love to sit at the island or in their car seats to enjoy the books.
